We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if something is wrong, it is possible to return your purchase within 14 days. For this we refer you to the return policy.
Responsibility
Shadow Collectors cannot be held responsible for damage caused while wearing a hat. Shadow Collectors takes care in packaging the orders and takes responsibility for a damage-free item until the item has been accepted after shipment.
Once an item has been accepted after shipment, we are not responsible for any damage or alterations to the product.
